OUR APPROACH TO THE
(COVID-19) CORONA VIRUS
These are indeed strange and uncertain times for us all. We want to take a moment to reassure you all that we, as ever, are doing everything we can to care for and protect our wonderful guests.
In this climate, we know travel may not be your first thought, but I want you to know the safety of our guests is our top priority.
Below is an update on what we are doing, keeping your safety top of mind
With current global events in mind we’ve updated our booking terms and conditions to give you extra peace of mind when making a direct booking with us or any of our partner sites. We want your booking experience to be as flexible as possible so from 16th March 2020 we’ve introduced a ‘no-strings’ cancellation policy that gives you the option to cancel your Booking at no charge – or for bookings described as APR ‘non-cancellable’ the option to transfer your booking to a date 12 months from your arrival date. So rest assured you won’t lose out in anyway.
Stringent cleaning is always part of our core process by our professional cleaning team at Teviotview & Riverside Retreat, and we have now intensified our efforts with the following:
Extreme care on common touch points such as door handles, light switches, lamps, Remote controls, taps etc.
We have anti-bacterial hand sanitisers in Apartment for “guests” personal hygiene.
We have cleaning products left on site in the kitchen for you to use when desired.
Naturally this will all be kept under review and continually update as we follow guidance from the U.K. Government.
For now, rest assured we are open for business and a warm Borders Welcome awaits you when you join us at the Teviotview or Riverside Retreat.
